"I’ll admit I tend to notice little build..."
I’ll admit I tend to notice little build details more than anything else, and the first thing that stood out was how cheap it felt. I tried to overlook it at first, but it started coming apart way faster than I expected. Disappointing overall.

"Exchange was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I ordered from zebashoes.com and the shoes themselves were fine, but the size didn’t work for me. The exchange process ended up being slow and confusing. I had to email more than once just to get the return info, and the replies made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should’ve already known what to do. It did get sorted in the end, but it was way more hassle than I expected. I probably won’t order from them again

"Good shoes without the usual hassle"
I didn’t expect much, especially after getting tired of dealing with overhyped brands and annoying return processes lately. But these shoes turned out to be really comfortable and they look nice too. The price felt fair compared to a lot of other options, and I actually feel like I got my money’s worth. Happy with them overall

"Delivery was a hassle and took forever"
The delivery took way longer than it should have. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check over and over and basically do extra work just to figure out where my package was. It finally showed up late, which was really frustrating.

"Super comfy shoes that honestly saved my feet"
I got my Zeba shoes a few weeks ago, and wow, my feet are seriously so happy. They’ve been really comfortable so far, and the cushioning is basically that perfect sweet spot, soft and supportive without feeling like I’m sinking into marshmallows. I’ve been wearing them for walking around, and it feels like such a relief every time I put them on. I’m taking off one star because they did feel a little snug at first, which had me mildly panicking for a minute, but they’ve been fine overall. Really happy with them!

"Not the foot-saving miracle I was hoping for"
I really wanted these shoes to be the heroes of my daily routine. They’re super easy to slip on, and I do like the overall idea and look of them. But after a few hours, the arch support kind of gave up on me. It’s not awful or painful, just flatter than I expected, especially for my feet. For short walks or quick errands, they’d probably be fine, but for an all-day shoe, I needed more support. Shipping was totally fine, and they look decent enough, just not quite the comfort breakthrough I was hoping for.

"They look really good in person"
I got these Zeba shoes mostly because I liked the way they looked online, but they look even better in person and the design is clean without being too bulky, plus they go with jeans or shorts really easily and I’ve already had a few people ask me where I got them

"Not really hands-free for me"
I ordered these from zebashoes.com because I was hoping they’d be super easy to slip on without having to use my hands, but that just wasn’t the case for me. Most of the time I still had to bend down and adjust the heel, which kind of defeats the whole reason I bought them
They were comfortable enough once I finally got them on, so I’ll give them that. Maybe they work better for other people, but for me the hands-free feature was disappointing and I don’t think I’d buy them again

"Not as easy to slip on as I hoped"
I ordered these from Zeba Shoes because I was looking for shoes I could just slip on without having to bend down a lot. They do work okay sometimes, but they weren’t quite as easy as I expected.
Taking them off is simple, but getting them on still takes some effort. I usually have to push a bit with my heel, and if I’m wearing thicker socks, it just gets kind of frustrating.
I can see how they might be better for someone else, but for me the whole easy on-and-off feature just didn’t really live up to the idea

"A bit unsure about the fit"
I kind of wanted to like these, and they do have some things going for them, but the heel feels a little too loose on me. Because of that, I feel like I wobble more than I expected when walking. They might work better for someone else, but for me they just don’t feel steady enough.

The shoes look good, and I do like the hands-free part more than I expected. I was a little nervous before ordering because I hate feeling like I got fooled by sizing charts, and the fit was just okay for me. I ordered my usual size, but they felt a bit tight around the toes. Not uncomfortable enough to return right away, but I do wish the size guide had been clearer.
